This article is not compatible on this device The travel document is not valid in Israel or the occupied territories, the document says.
The entry to Israel is prohibited.
It also states that entry to the occupied Palestinian territories is prohibited under international law, and that entry into the Gaza Strip and the West Bank is prohibited in all circumstances.
The document was issued by the Israeli authorities and is not subject to Israeli restrictions.
It is not clear why it was issued.
Travel documents issued by other countries, such as Germany, Belgium, and Japan, do not require Israeli authorizations, as do the travel documents issued to US citizens by US embassies.
Israeli citizens, however, are allowed to enter Israel from other countries.
An Israeli official said on Friday that the document was “not approved by Israel and it has no validity for Israel”.
The travel document, issued by Israel’s ministry of tourism, is also not subject, in Israel, to Israeli limitations, including prohibitions on travel to Palestinian territories.
It does not require an Israeli authorization to enter the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip.
It is not possible to verify whether the travel document was authentic, but a source familiar with the matter said the authenticity of the document had not been questioned.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the document’s authenticity had not yet been verified.
An official at Israel’s Ministry of Tourism, which handles the issuance of travel documents to foreign nationals, said the document issued to a US citizen had been “reviewed” by the ministry and approved.
It was “a work in progress”, the official said, adding that it had not seen the document since the end of October.
“We will review the document in due time, and decide what to do with it,” the official added.
A spokesman for the US State Department told the Associated Press that the State Department did not have any information about the authenticity or content of the Israeli travel document.
The Israeli Embassy in Washington declined to comment.
The department did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Israel’s Foreign Ministry has not yet responded to a question about whether the document is authentic.
