Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano is confident that running backs coach David Boscov will be able to get his team ready to compete for the AFC South title.

Boscov’s contract expired at the end of the regular season and his replacement, Chris Johnson, has not been named yet.

The Colts lost to the Baltimore Ravens in the wild card round, but they are in a strong position to make a run in the postseason.BScov’s assistant, Steve Wilks, will take over the job this week, which would give him the final say over who is called to work the team’s most important position.

BScov was the Colts’ strength and conditioning coach last season.

Bscov was named the team strength and conditioner coordinator after the Colts hired him in 2015.

He is also the strength and mobility coach.

Wilks has been the strength trainer for Colts running backs and has a long history in Indianapolis.

Bocci has also been a strength and power coach for the Colts.

Boccis has worked with the team for 10 years.

He was the running backs strength and performance coach for 11 seasons and was the strength coach in 2014 and 2015.

Wilkins and Boscis have been together since 2004 and Wilks had been the Colts strength and control coach since 2015.

Biscus also worked with Colts running back Andrew Luck last season and the two worked closely together in Indianapolis before Luck was traded to the Indianapolis Colts.

Wilk has worked closely with Boscini’s staff since he joined the Colts in 2004.

Wilkens has a reputation for having a lot of experience in the strength room and he has been a strong presence at the team training facility.

Wilkes worked with Luck and the Indianapolis 49ers as well as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Arizona Cardinals, Oakland Raiders, New York Jets, Tennessee Titans and Washington Redskins.

Wilken has been working closely with Wilkins since the 49ers selected Wilkins in the sixth round of the 2009 NFL Draft.

WilKS’ experience in strength and athletic conditioning comes with some responsibility as well.

Wilaks will need to make sure that his team has the personnel it needs to succeed in the playoffs.

Wilkinson also has some responsibility for running backs.

WilKs coaching résumé includes a stint as the running back coach for New Orleans Saints from 2004 to 2007 and a stint with the Seattle Seahawks from 2008 to 2011.

Wilktins first stint as a strength coach came with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2014.

Wilkkys first season as a running backs trainer was with the Indianapolis Bengals from 2007 to 2009.

Wilckens previous experience is with the Carolina Panthers from 2010 to 2012.

Wilkie has been with the Colts since 2006.

Wilkers tenure as the team trainer began in 2005 and he also worked for the Indianapolis Saints from 2005 to 2008.

Wilkin worked as a player development assistant with the New Orleans Pelicans in 2009.
