Day 1 Kampala Murchison Falls National Park

*:00am – You begin your drive through the famous Luwero Triangle then through Masindi town to Murchison Falls National Park. Taking about 4 hours drive to arrive at the top of the falls.

This spectacular site on top of the falls while viewing the River Nile’s beauty is your best memorable site you will ever see in life and why its called Murchison Falls.

Game drive in the afternoon/evening to your hotel chosen depending on your tour budget.

Dine and stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 2: Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast cross the placid Victoria Nile to the northern bank, for morning game drive to spot the spectacular flora and fauna.

After a lunch go for a boat trip upstream the calm Victoria Nile to the base of the falls. Enjoy your sunset as you return to your lodge.

Dine and stay overnight at your lodge.

Day 3: Murchison Falls – Kibale Forest National Park

All day drive via Hoima town for a tea break in the Bunyoro Kingdom. Drive via Mubende to Tooro Kingdom through the countryside filled with traditional homesteads and tea estates.

Fort Portal town which rests in the shadow of the fabled “Mountains of the Moon”.

Dine and stay overnight at Kibale Forest at your chosen lodge.

Day 4: Kibale Forest National park

Full day search of Chimpanzees and several other primates including hoestes, red Colubus monkeys, blue, red tailed and gray magabeys (types of monkeys). The guide will provide detailed explanation on primate forest flora and fauna as you enjoy your jungle tour. Dine and stay overnight at Kibale Forest lodge.

Day 5: Kibale – Queen Elizabeth National Park

Proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park following the scenic Rwenzori Mountain ranges in the Rwenzuru Kingdom via Kasese town. Afternoon Game drive on the way to Queen Elizabeth National Park, be rewarded with sight of lions, antelopes, elephants, buffalos, hyenas and several bird species.

After a buffet lunch, enjoy a unique 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga channel into Lake Edward. This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of hippos and many other animals may be seen drinking at water edges. The launch offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing.

–The prolific bird life is colorful and stupendous with well over 500 resident species. –Dine and stay overnight at either Mweya Safari Lodge or other Lodge chosen in the tour budget.

Day 6: Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Early morning game drive filled with lots of game viewing. Queen Elizabeth national Park being being the second largest National park in Uganda, has a lot to offer.

Break fast / lunch at leisure.

Evening at leisure at your lodge.

Dine and stay overnight at your lodge.

Day 7: Mweya – Maramagambo Forest – Kampala

Early morning departure to Maramagambo or Karinju Forest which is large and fairly thick with many different plant species and trees. “Maramagambo” locally means “out of words,” the forest will definitely leave you awed with it captivating features including the lakes and animals. Visitors can walk through the tropical forest and catch a glimpse of primates, including chimpanzees.

Visit the Blue Lake – This lake has attractively “blue water” like the name suggests. It is the only one of it’s kind in this crater laked region of Bunyaruguru.

Drive onward to Kampala with a stop-over in Mbarara for lunch, arriving early in the evening.
